A note from the owners of Finales Gourmet Desserts Katja and Markus Schumann

Since 1989, Finales Gourmet Desserts has been dedicated to creating superior products and cultivating long term customer relationships. Over the years we`ve grown considerably, yet we still take pride in preparing all our desserts the old fashioned way: in small batches, with only the freshest ingredients. In 2004 we relocated to a brand new facility, allowing us to maintain our high standards as we continue to expand our bakery. Owners Markus and Katja share their passion for pastry with coffeehouses, private clubs, restaurants, caterers, food service providers and specialty distributors throughout the Northwest and beyond. Katja is a master pastry chef with 18 years of experience in both Europe and the US. She develops every recipe and performs quality assurance checks on every order. Markus personally calls customers to discuss orders and provide assistance with any aspect of their pastry business.
