Bars are all hand crafted layer by layer and made in small batches.  Bars are sold in 1/4 sheet pans, 12 generous retail servings each or convienently cut smaller for catering presentations.  They last six months in the freezer, seven-ten days when refrigerated and two-three days at room temperature​.  Lemon Squares and cheesecake bars require refrigeration.
